I love EmploymentCrossing.com and have to give a lot of credit to them for my career. I accidentally bumped into this site on one of my web surfing trips. At the time, I was dissatisfied with my position and salary so I got curious and started job searching in my line of work and imagine my surprise to find he definitely was being underpaid in my current position!
